Our apartments are located in traditional Edinburgh housing and there is no lift. Due to the layout of Edinburgh buildings, guests may be required to climb a number of steps to reach their accommodation

STANDARD CHECK-IN
Check-in and key collection is 15H00-20H00 from our head office located at: 6 Queen Street, New Town, Edinburgh, EH2 1JE. Please note that this is only the location of our office and that you will be supplied with the directions and keys to your apartment.

LATE CHECK-IN
Please phone 0131 240 0080 to arrange to check-in after we close (20H00) for a £10 fee.

Check-out time is 10H00.

SELF CHECK-OUT
Self check-out is standard in our apartments (credit card details must be provided to secure this facility).

LATE CHECK-OUT
For £10 per hour you can delay your 10H00 check-out – until 13H00 at the latest.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
If you arrive in Edinburgh before you check-in, we can look after your luggage for FREE until you pick up your keys. And for just £2.50 per item we can store your luggage after you check-out.
